What if the product is received in damaged condition?

We take utmost care into making sure your product reaches you safely. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your Whey To Go in a damaged condition or damaged in transit, please call our customer care at +91-92050-99978 or email us at wheytogo@gianisicecream.com mentioning your Order ID. Following which if necessary, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.

The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling Whey To Go. However, you can get details on the status of the order by calling Whey To Go.

In case the order which is paid through credit card is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by Whey To Go. The same would reflect in the next credit card statement.

Whey To Go reserves the right to change/amend/modify at any time all or any of the terms contained in the Privacy Policy Statement, in its sole discretion without any obligation to make prior intimation to any user or the general public.
